Advice
We are always delighted to offer advice and information on any aspect of our wines – cépage, terroir, producer, vintage, drinking dates, food matching, serving suggestions – in the hope that we may be able to help you derive the greatest possible pleasure from them. We are also happy to discuss your general or specific preferences or requests, and may well be able to offer other fine or rare wines which do not feature here. We are continually expanding and refining our range, and welcome any comments or suggestions regarding our list, our wines or any other part of our service.

Payment
We request that orders be accompanied by payment; goods continue to be the property of Raeburn Fine Wines until full payment has been received. We are happy to accept payment by cash, cheque, American Express, Delta, MasterCard, Switch or Visa.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices are for a single standard (75cl) bottle and include both duty and VAT at 20.0%. Prices quoted in bond (IB) for en primeur and special offer wines are for a standard 12 bottles, 24 halves or 6 magnums and exclude both duty and VAT; Duty and VAT become payable at the prevailing rate when the wines are withdrawn from bond.
Please note that en primeur and special offer wines are already discounted and do not qualify for further reductions.

All wines are offered subject to availability.
Collections and Deliveries
We are always grateful for advance notice of collections, as wines may need to be withdrawn from bond or from our cellars at the Vaults. We may be able to arrange free delivery of one or more cases in the Edinburgh area. Within the London M25 area, current rates are: one case – £10 + VAT; two or more cases – free of charge. National carriage rates are dependant on postcode and size of order – please contact us for a quote. In bond/special offers/En Primeur offers exclude onward delivery charges.
En Primeur and Special Offers
We make comprehensive en primeur and special offers of many of our finest and rarest wines several times a year. To afford additional information on our producers we are compiling detailed individual profiles which will be issued and revised as part of a permanent reference work.
Tastings
We hold monthly tastings in our atmospheric and historic premises in The Vaults Tasting Room. We are often privileged to have our producers present to share own insights and perspectives. We are also able to conduct corporate or private tastings to meet your specific requirements. Please ask for details.
Cellarage, Gift Vouchers, Glass Hire
We are happy to advise on cellarage, to issue Raeburn Fine Wines gift vouchers, and to offer free glass hire with orders.

Should you wish to receive a copy of our regular list, en primeur or special offers, or information on tastings at the Vaults, we will be happy to add your details (or those of your family and friends) to our customer database.
