Q: What are currently the main concerns at your estate?
A: Global warming, hence water. Biodiversity is ensured by 75 ha of woods

A: Efficiency of equipment to reduce copper
Q: Does the estate grow anything besides grapes?
A: Our own vegetable garden and fruit orchard

A: I try to keep up to date, but I’m not a fan of funky winemaking.

A: Fish, both raw and cooked, fried anchovies, vegetables of all kinds, pasta al pesto

A: Minerality driven whites, austere reds
