Q: What are currently the main concerns at your estate?
A: Global warming, hence water. Biodiversity is ensured by 75 ha of woods

Q: What are you working to improve at the moment?
A: Efficiency of equipment to reduce copper

Q: Does the estate grow anything besides grapes?
A: Our own vegetable garden and fruit orchard

Q: Best books or articles you have read?
A: I try to keep up to date, but I’m not a fan of funky winemaking.

Q: Best food pairings with your wines?
A: Fish, both raw and cooked, fried anchovies, vegetables of all kinds, pasta al pesto

Q: Aside from your own wines, what do you enjoy drinking?
A: Minerality driven whites, austere reds

A: Three sisters, three dogs: Paola and Cookie, Francesca and Cherry, Anna and Ellie. Our Mum, always inspirational to us, has a new puppy, Bibi
