The Story
8th generation winemaker Benoit Dehu brings his experience working at Bollinger to his family estate. The implementation of a local forest cask program and partial horse-ploughing are representative of the detailed focus given to this estate’s small production.
All wines are released as vintage, with organic certification since 2014.
