The Story
Las Bóvedas is an ode to our 12th century Edinburgh cellars; their history spans many generations of spirit makers and bottlers.
Continuing that history, we are pleased to introduce a rare and limited agave spirit series from some of the very best micro-distillers in Mexico. In collaboration with Sin Gusano’s founder, Jon Darby (we wine people might call him a Mezcaleaux negociant), we’ve sourced two initial batches with great care.
