The Story
Run by François Mitjaville with wife Miloute, son Louis, and daughter Nina, this 12ha estate is intensely focused on terroir. The average age of vines is over 50 years; wines are given 24 months elevage following fermentation in concrete vats, resulting in a bold and distinctive style.
